I am a mission-driven leader, decorated Naval Officer, and powerhouse executive turned entrepreneur and speaker. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, where I earned an Engineering degree and led on the field as a Varsity Quarterback, My career launched with 10 years of active-duty service, commanding high-stakes teams and shaping resilient leaders under pressure.

After the military, I brought my values of discipline, clarity, and courage into the business world—rising through executive ranks at companies like GE Healthcare, Siemens Healthineers, Coca-Cola, and others. Over 18 years, I built and led multi-million-dollar teams, developed top-tier talent, and drove growth across global organizations.

But success alone wasn’t the goal—impact was. I stepped away from corporate leadership to answer a deeper call: to build, inspire, and lead on my own terms. As a full-time entrepreneur, I scaled a multi-million-dollar logistics business from the ground up while launching my public speaking/coaching platform, Work Your Dash.

Today, I combine battle-tested leadership, real-world business strategy, and personal transformation to ignite change in organizations and individuals alike. My message is clear: you were made to lead, but to do that powerfully—you have to own your dash.
